This New Year, style from men’s wardrobe!

Have nothing new to wear? Want to look a little tomboyish? Need to do some casual styling? I have got a good solution for all these questions in my today’s blog post. We all have at least one male in our family to steal some clothes from his wardrobe and style them for ourselves, right? Some of us have already been doing this but if you have yet not tried this, then now is the time. In my previous video on YouTube, I showed you all the clothes from Abhishek’s wardrobe which I was going to style and show you in today’s post. Big thanks to Abhishek (Life Through Lens) for collaborating with me on this new concept.

Here comes the first look which I created out of Abhishek’s pink t-shirt and army print jacket. The t-shirt was oversized for me so I tied a knot at its one side end in order to make it look shorter and of my size, you can also make it look like a crop top, this way. I wore this t-shirt along with high waist denim jeans and lace-up martin boots. For adding on a little style in it, I simply carried the army print jacket over my shoulder. You can hold the oversized jacket in your hand, tie it around your waist, or wear it by folding the sleeves. In all the ways it is going to give the sporty look.

1st outfit details:

T-shirt- Gap

Jacket- True Religion

High waist jeans- Jealous 21

Lace-up martin boots: Foot Universe, fly on air

Watch and classic cuff- Daniel Wellington

Here’s the second look which I created out of Abhishek’s red sweater by simply wearing the sweater along with thigh high boots and my old fishnet stockings. This way you can make a short dress out of a men’s sweaters, sweatshirts, and hoodies because they are mostly oversized for short height girls like me. Isn’t this such an effortless yet quirky styling?

2nd outfit details:

Sweater- Jack & Jones

Stockings- Flipkart

Thigh high boots- Foot Universe, fly on air

Watch and classic cuff- Daniel Wellington

Here comes the third and final look which I created out of Abhishek’s denim shirt by normally tucking in the shirt into that same high waist jeans along with same lace-up martin boots which I wore in my first look. But there’s a twist in this simple outfit, I pulled off the denim shirt backward and tried to make it look off shoulder along with a normal silver chain, you can also style a choker with it. I am unable to show the proper look created here, as I could not get all of my pictures from this shoot, which is why the pictures are less.

3rd outfit details:

Denim shirt- Levi’s

High waist jeans- Jealous 21

Lace-up martin boots- Foot Universe, fly on air

Watch and classic cuff- Daniel Wellington

Silver chain- Aminabad (a local market in Lucknow)

I hope you like the concept of this post. Wish you all a very Happy New Year, 2018.
